    Fill [1] 20cc/22g spinal - NO BICARB

 MEDICATIONS

Hurricane topical dental paste [in cart]

0.5% lidocaine w/ epi 1:200,000 50ml buffered w/ NaBicarb 5ml

0.5% Marcaine w/ epi 1:200,000 50ml vial

NaBicarb 8.4% add 1ml to each 10ml local lidocaine
