SPLIT THICKNESS SKIN GRAFT

Donor site usually taken from thigh or buttock. Procedure involves preparation of recipient site (face, hand, leg or foot) and harvesting of skin graft from donor site. Often done in conjunction with other reconstructive procedure, as in 4th Stage Microtia
